With the arrival of the railway to El Pedroso around the year 1900, the lands surrounding the station were acquired by local inhabitants for agricultural use. Around 1920 , the house became the property of the Guerra family, who were the main shareholders of the iron mines exploited in the area. 'Los Guerra ' became the owners of this large house, which consisted of eight rooms on the ground floor , a corridor, courtyard, and corral, as well as eight rooms on the upper floor with a rooftop terrace.

In 2016 , the building and the adjacent land were acquired, expanded, and renovated by the last owner, born in El Pedroso . After leaving the village in her childhood and with more than thirty years of experience in hospitality in Barcelona , she returned to her roots with a clear goal: to transform the historic Guerra house into a rural accommodation in the Sierra Norte of Seville that would become a benchmark of hospitality. The proposal was based on a space with a simple and welcoming character, offering excellent service for travelers seeking a unique stay. Today, Hotel Entreolivos is a tourist landmark in the region, with a growing number of visitors.
